We are based in the Netherlands, Europe and provide our services to domestic and international clients worldwide. Our clients range from governments to non-governmental organisations. OUR PARTNERS

Dr. Ramon S.J. Dwarkasing LLM

Dwarkasing & Partners is founded and led by Dr. Ramon S.J. Dwarkasing LL.M., an international tax advisor with a PhD in transfer pricing. Dr. Dwarkasing holds an LL.M. in international tax law from the International Tax Center Leiden, the Netherlands, and a master of tax law from Tilburg University, the Netherlands. He holds a doctorate in tax law and transfer pricing from Tilburg University, the Netherlands. Dr. Dwarkasing wrote a dissertation (PhD) titled "Associated Enterprises - A Concept Essential for the Application of the Arm's Length Principle and Transfer Pricing" at Tilburg University, the Netherlands. This book is one of the first comprehensive studies on the concept of association (one of the fundaments of transfer pricing) under Article 9 OECD Model Tax Convention. This book received an honourable mentioning by the International Fiscal Association during the Mitchell B. Carroll award.

Dr. Dwarkasing is also an academic researcher and international tax law and transfer pricing specialist at the Fiscal Institute Tilburg, Tilburg University the Netherlands. He is a special advisor on transfer pricing issues for governments of developing and emerging countries, non-governmental organisations and (state-owned) multinationals.

Drs. Mintra S.D. Dwarkasing Bsc. Msc. Mphil.

Drs. Mintra S.D. Dwarkasing Bsc. Msc. Mphil. is a Partner of Dwarkasing & Partners and specialized in Corporate Finance, Banking, Economic History, Financial Intermediaries and Wealth Inequality. She holds a M. Phil in corporate finance from Tilburg University the Netherlands, a Master of Science in Investment Analysis and a Master of Science  in Financial Management. In 2010 Mintra S.D. Dwarkasing Bsc. Msc. Mphil. received a full PhD grant from the prestigious Dutch Science Foundation (NWO) to research the effect of wealth inequality on financial outcomes. Mintra S.D. Dwarkasing Bsc. Msc. Mphil. is also an academic lecturer Corporate Finance and Capital Structure at CenTER, an economic and business research institute of Tilburg University the Netherlands.

Drs. Narly R.D. Dwarkasing Bsc. Msc. Mphil.

Drs. Narly R.D. Dwarkasing Bsc. Msc. Mphil. is a Partner of Dwarkasing & Partners and specialized in Corporate Finance, Banking, Economic History and Financial Intermediaries. She holds a M. Phil in corporate finance from Tilburg University the Netherlands, a Master of Science in Investment Analysis and a Master of Science  in Financial Management. In 2008 Narly R.D. Dwarkasing Bsc. Msc. Mphil. received a full PhD grant from the prestigious Dutch Science Foundation (NWO) to research the effect of soft information within the Biritish banking sector. Narly R.D. Dwarkasing Bsc. Msc. Mphil. has also previously taught courses on Corporate Finance and Capital Structure at CenTER, an economic and business research institute of Tilburg University the Netherlands.
